Property Description
Just a quick walk from the beautiful green-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this cozy beach house is the perfect spot for some fun in the sun. You can go shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets close by or eat some delicious food at the best local spots.
When you walk in, you’ll find a welcoming place that feels like a hug, with comfy spots to sit and a big TV for movie nights. Enjoy your morning coffee on the big covered patio and watch the sunrise. If you love cooking, you’ll be excited about the fancy kitchen. It has everything you need, like shiny appliances, a cool island where you can eat breakfast, and a big table for meals. The bedrooms are big and comfy, making sure you get a good night’s sleep. The main bedroom is extra special with its own fancy bathroom, a small fridge, and even a place to make drinks.
This house has room for 9 people: there’s a queen bed in the main bedroom for 2, another queen bed in the second bedroom for 2, a bunk bed with a pull-out bed in the third bedroom for 3, and a sofa bed that also fits 2. There’s a big kitchen with lots of room for everyone to hang out, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a huge backyard with a deck, chairs, umbrellas, and a BBQ grill for outdoor fun. Plus, the main bedroom has its own balcony. Come and stay here for a great beach vacation with lots of space and everything you need!
No Pets Allowed: Please don't bring any pets with you. If you sneak one in, it will cost you an extra $500, and we'll need to spend an extra $200 to clean up after them. We might also have to ask you to leave.
Limited Number of People: We can only have up to 16 people staying here. If there are more than that, you'll get in trouble with the local authorities, and we'll charge you an extra $500. We might even have to ask you to leave.
No Fires Allowed: We can't have any fires here, not even candles. If you start an unauthorized fire, it will cost you $150, plus any damages caused.
o Refunds for Bad Weather: If the weather is bad or there's a natural disaster, we can't give you your money back. To be safe, you should think about getting travel insurance.
Be Safe: We want you to be safe, but we can't be responsible for accidents or injuries. So, be careful, and have a great time!
