Destin Duo Refund Sweepstakes
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this promotion is Trieu Nguyen ("Sponsor"), located at 6101 San Felipe St, Houston TX 77057. The brand name for the properties is "Magnolia Hideaway".
2. Eligibility
The Destin Duo Refund Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period"). The drawing will take place on October 1, 2026.
4. How to Enter
There are three methods of entry:
- Stay-Based: Book a stay of 3+ nights at participating properties completed during the Promotion Period. Entrant must message the host on Airbnb with "Sweepstakes entry".
- AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry): No purchase necessary. Complete the online form selecting "AMOE". Limit 1 per person.
- Social Bonus: Post about Destin plans or share the promo and submit proof via the form. Limit 1 per month.
5. Entry Weighting
Stay-Based entries receive multipliers: 3-4 nights (1 entry), 5-6 nights (2 entries), 7+ nights (4 entries). Compound bookings receive 2x entries. Stays checking in Aug 20-Sep 30 receive 2x entries. AMOE entries are valued at 1 base entry.
6. Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a refund of the nightly-rate portion of their eligible stay, up to $2,500 USD. Taxes and cleaning fees are excluded.
AMOE Equivalency: If the selected winner did not complete an eligible stay, they will receive a future-stay credit of equivalent value up to $2,500 USD.
Referral Match: If the winner entered a valid referral code, the referrer receives a future-stay credit up to $1,500 USD.
7. Credit Terms
All credits must be used within 12 months of issuance. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. Subject to property availability and standard booking rules.
8. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
9. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida.
